HelpLogging In/OutIf you are having difficulty logging in, it could be because your old login is still in your cache and interfering with your new login. Reloading the page a few times usually helps to clear out the "sticky" old login information. Please try the following steps:

Entering your Login DetailsIf you receive a message that your authentication failed, it is most likely because you have entered your username or password incorrectly. Please double-check the text you have entered to make sure that it is accurate. Please also note that the username and password are case-sensitive. If you are not sure whether you entered your password correctly or not, you can also try opening up Notepad on your computer and typing your password out there, then copying and pasting it into the Password field in the login window. (NB. It must be a text-only word-processing program. Do not use a program like Microsoft Word, as it may add unseen formatting characters to your text when you copy/paste it.) If you believe you have entered the information correctly but you are still not able to log in, please contact the NANT office to verify that you have the correct account information.
